End of Life section?

Would it be possible to have an "end of life" section, this could include oral care for those that are Nil by Mouth that doesn't include Tooth brushing, sections for intravenous medication, documenting in GSF booklets, any emotional/ religious needs such as fresh flowers, music and last rites. family tiles that don't say "chatted"
