Add ad hoc risk assessments

There is no way to add a bed rails risk assessment on a bed that already has rails. I have a pdf but there is also no way to upload it as a bed rails risk assessment to the service user. I need to be able to record this risk assessment being done in the service users file. This is following Gov guidance. It may be that I will find other ad hoc risk assessments too so something to consider please as a way to add these to service users files.
