Please can we have a clear way to identify which ABC chart has been signed off as it is so time consuming opening them all up to see its done already.

Wound Care Summary Report is not reflecting last wound review date. As of now, it only reflects upcoming review/dressing change date in Wound Care Summary Report. We have to go to individual dashboard-wound care section to see the last review date.
