Care plan discussion with person or legitimate representative

It would be great if Care plan discussion with the service user or legitimate representative is displayed under review section on main care planning page (left hand side) as at the moment each individual care plan needs to be opened separately to see this section. It would really help as well if discussion is dated and signed automatically after pressing the save button as currently it appears the text written remains active and can be deleted at any time with no effort.
