The current PCS system is inefficient for reviewing incident/accident reports. After opening a single report, users must restart their search, disrupting workflow. The system should retain the original search results when returning from a report to enable seamless navigation. Additionally, users should be able to:
Generate reports by incident category (e.g. falls, behavioural, infection).
Search specifically for incomplete incident/accident forms, rather than manually scrolling through entries.
These improvements would streamline workflows, save time, and support more effective incident tracking and analysis.
