It would be good if there was a life story document that could be completed with the resident or with their families. This document will show the residents history and would go more in depth than the initial assessment/ Current assessment does.
Care Notes report - remove "Done" and "Not Done" from the key as these colours don't apply to the Care Notes report and having them in the key is misleading.

Is it possible to add PBS (Positive Behaviour Support Plan) on the system as you currently have personal behaviour support plan? This is for the people with behaviour that challenge? It would help to have a posiive behaviour plan.
When using the care plan audit it shows when assessments, planned care and care plans have ben reviewed but the critical is the current assessment - can this be added?
