Could there be an addition to the details page for residents stating their communication and capacity needs to alert staff? This is covered in more detail in the assessment documents however would be useful if on their details page.

When signing off an accident form it takes you right back to the start to find the actual accident form. You then have to find the accident form again to print off, is there anyway of making this system quicker?

Hourly check to be automaticly done once a job have been done for the resident. Having to do/click CHECK after you already done fluids, meals, pads ..etc, makes no sense.
