Hi I was wondering if when adding a note we could have the heading Medication added so that if there is a change of medication we are able to clearly document this on the system. I was also wondering if rather than a picture for each heading would it be possible for these to be colour coded. Due to the pictures being very small it can be hard to see what it is so it may help to quickly identify a note when looking through them if looking for a colour rather than picture. Thanks
