End of shift handover option for all residents - Helpful to the team and an efficient way of working

Can we have an option of doing the end of shift handover notes please without needing to open individual profiles. It would be helpful to nurses to write important notes at the end of the shift and GP visit notes or any group activity/vaccination - if we have a list of residents then having an entry box beside it, that will be most helpful. Saves time during our busy and hectic shifts, and for us not to forget important handovers.
