Any chance of being able to rotate a scanned docs photo, or at least before uploading a picture taken from the handset for scanned docs. this is possible with a profile picture but not a scanned photo, so often this document end up needing reading...

We are working to upload new photos for all staff, some have been changed, others still need new photos, its tricky to tell which are new and which are older, it would be helpful to be able to see the date when the photo already up was uploaded. Ta

have a list of fluids given throughout the day aswell as a total, incase people have dupicated the same drink, eg to carers have both put down that a resident has just drank 200ml then it will look like the resident has drank 400ml when they haven...

Volume of medication given via PEG tube should have a higher limit, as a lot of residents have much more than 150ml worth of medication given and it would then accurately reflect it.

This will avoid planned care being amended incorrectly and save us having to go in and manually change each error.

Ability to create categories for uploaded documents as well as the tags

We need a way to add an additional person onto a care entry without having to type their name into the care note itself

It would be good if you have a chart for daily NIPPY setting , cough assist setting for patients .Orientation icons are really useful for patients who are required it .Admission checklist chart also would be good
