I would like to see an option for us to write a reason why we have unflagged a care note as an accident or incident. Often we have duplicate records completed & do not need to complete a report for each one as it is the same incident/accident....

Currently this setting is only available per account as a global setting, this means all homes must either have residents sorted by name or room number. We have some care homes that would like name and some that would like room number

I have been informed that there are other systems where daylight exposure can be recorded daily and that there are remarkable differences and benefits. Could there be an icon for this ? maybe linked to activities so it can be seen on the audits.
