Ability to edit text in handover

Current handover format is hard to read due to lack of sentence/paragraph structure, blue text on white background, inability to highlight key details in handover text.

Please add the ability to edit shift handover notes to Embolden/underline/highlight, to Create spaces to break up large bulk text entries into easier to read paragraphs and to be able to vary font colour for accessibility as hard to read on small zebra screens for many staff.
