PCS will not allow me to amend what daily care notes are added or not, to handover because it is an " outdated area of the system and will not update" Can i strongly suggest that this area is updated so that handover notes can be used effectively

It would be good if you could delete/amend a review that had been made in error. Or add a correction using the same securities that are in place for amending care notes.

We have staff that work shifts. When they come back to work they cannot see notes for the people they are supporting. Please can I suggest that the notes can be accessed beyond 48 hours?
