Time of entry.It would be helpful if the time of entries on care plans was listed. This would allow staff to establish any patterns or to add to entries at a later time if things change.

Hi, I would like to suggest reducing the time in which you can cancel an arranged activity. I feel 24hrs is too and would prefer maybe 4 hours before the activity is due to begin.
