Implementation of the IPOC (individualised plan of care) used in hospitals for patients in the last days/hours of life onto PCS rather than using a separate paper format.

I was wondering whether it would be possible to add resident category i.e. Learning disability, mental health, frail elderly, physical disability etc.... as it think this could be really helpful

This was picked up in our CQC inspection. This was advised too be changed.

We currently add (FNC) or (CHC) after the resident's name. It will then say in other parts of PCS for example "Ann (FNC) if fully mobile"

I struggle to find it and an easy to access add to diary icon would be beneficial and time saving. It would be an easier option to add straight to the diary especially after ward rounds or specialist visits.
