We currently add (FNC) or (CHC) after the resident's name. It will then say in other parts of PCS for example "Ann (FNC) if fully mobile"

I struggle to find it and an easy to access add to diary icon would be beneficial and time saving. It would be an easier option to add straight to the diary especially after ward rounds or specialist visits.
