At present when you chose Fall tab on app automatically goes as Accident even if there are no injuries . Unfortunately the system do not let you to select Incident and the fall will appear on Accident + Incident + Fall .
If I do not chose the Fall tab I can make the selection between Accidents/Incidents , however I will not have recorded as a Fall.
