Could we have a report for the Goals and Outcomes Attained. E.G. If four goals are added and they have improved in three it shows the percentage of improvement attained. Needs a full overhaul of the Goals and Outcomes Reporting which is very poor!!!

For residents weights to be highlighted on the Resident Observations report for a weight increase of 5kg or more. Currently only weight loss is flagged or highlighted

Please can you implement a dark mode for the desktop M care. When spending most of the day completing assessments and care plans looking at the bright white screen is very fatiguing on the eyes and can cause headaches.

Some of our residents require an ultralow bed and crash mat, it would be good to have an icon in place for the staff to document that the bed is at the lowest position and the crash mat it in place.

It would be useful for the Catheter Care Chart to include a running total for the 24hour period.

Feedback from our managers are that the notification bar that there has been an incident or accident is not bold enough, they would like this to be much bigger so when they log in, its very clear they need to action an incident report.
