If there is a short term plan and it is reviewed - by default the next review is in 1 month. This is too long . As it is a short term care plan , it should be defaulted to to the next day . For example antibiotics for a chest infection .

we would like the manager to have oversight of all the residents reports and processes etc, but be able to evidence that they have been on the system- could there be a management oversight comment box added in? thank you

When trying to plan your work schedule and to keep on top of care plans there should be function where you can see care planning done that is time specific to the month not for the past 28 days

Could there be a night care plan section please as this would be useful for care needs at this time. Care needs can vary throughout the night and an added section within the care plan would be useful i think

To add IN PAIN option to PLAN CARE DAY as a lot of the times task will be completed by the care staff and automatical response will be "resident was content" by adding this tool they will have to choose what the pain score was when a certain actio...

Can we have the option to remove ADLs in the same way we can tick to state which assessments we do want to use. The new pain ADL is an example where we may not want to use it but currently cannot remove it.

We end to use a lot of bed wedges rather than bedrails, as do other care homes. can bed wedges be added thanks

I was enquiring to see whether there was anywhere that we can record annual reviews with local authority or ICB. Placement and annual needs review. A way to monitor and ensure the reviews are taking place. With thanks Candy
