There is not a section in the 'resulted in' on accidents and incidents that states, reported to police, referred to DBS, referred to NMC. I think these are very important to keep together, with sections for reference log numbers.

Shift Handover - Remove filter button that doesn't work
In Shift handover, in the selection criteria, both the filter button and the 3 lines (burger) button) compress the selection criteria. Please can the filter button be removed as it is confusing and misleading.
