IN PAIN option to be added to plan care day

To add IN PAIN option to PLAN CARE DAY as a lot of the times task will be completed by the care staff and automatical response will be "resident was content" by adding this tool they will have to choose what the pain score was when a certain action was done and as a result we will have a true depiction of the pain levels as well as realistic records which would further improve our service and evidence based requests when we need a stronger or weaker pain management medication. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT
