sensor mat check tile

I think this be of benefit, our home has experienced a high number of falls, with residents requiring a sensor mat, i believe having such a tile that is specific only to sensor mat and not under 'check equipment umbrella' would prove effective

SHADOW - end of life tool

We have recently completed our end of life training and the NHS now recommend a tool called SHADOW which is a guide to assist care home staff in the identification of residents in the last year of their life. Can we add SHADOW to the charts on PCS.
