Adding Professional Contact already used within the company
If already used within the company, a professional contact should be available for all care homes. For example a well known catheter supplier may be used by many different homes. This has happened recently.
The Accident / Incident forms the full forms that are filled in on the monitor needs to be made accessible to be filled in hand sets. These forms are time sensitive. The only people who have access to the computers are Management and Senior staff....
Should be able to document information and automatically add to handover for 7 days so all staff are aware of important things as information can be missed during each change over.
Please could you consider putting in an option to print off all residents service user profiles at the same time. (The first page of the hospital pack) It would make updating folders so much quicker.
For care home in Scotland, could we please have an AWI (section47) yes/ no tab like the DNACPR. A date for these would be helpful to allow us to easily check when they need to be renewed.
it would be good to be able to review when someone as deferred a plan care action and to see who as done this and why. Has care plans can be deferred and you can not see why.
