Add the time to all actions carried out by staff - not just the date. Knowing the actual time information was filled in, or action taken, is essential.

please allow members of senior staff to create specific folders for residents such as 'safeguarding' in relation to documents received

this refers to the scanned document section as there is no specify folder to put CQC notifications safeguarding notes etc. it would also be helpful to be able to change the names of these folders and create new ones.

API request transparency

It would be useful to see how close to the limit we are for API requests because at the moment you can be designing software and be hit with error 429 without knowing how close you are to the fair api usage rules.

Add the ability to create incident and accident forms for more than just residents ie staff/building issues etc.

Currenlty with PCS we only have half an incident reporting system which is frustrating, the old accident and incident paperwork has had to be preserved for everything else. It should be possible to have a unified system.
