Can the date of when assessment was last complete dbe added to the evac report?

To tighten up communication between nursing staff and the management team, especially for issues raised during days off

It allows us to distinguish between the different types of keyworker we have in our home, from named nurse to keyworker (care assistant position)

We have a Namaste room within our home, Having a "Namaste" icon would be easier for staff to follow use and there will be clear documentation instead of the namaste room being used under different icons making it unclear to review the effectivenes...

You should not be able to copy and paste text from the review comment section. I have noticed this being done and is essentially copying another users entry and risks correct updates not being added.

Many of our residents kick their sensor mats under beds or away from them. There should be an option for 'refused' with the sensor mat so we can have a way to record this behaviour

It will allow the carer team (who don't have acces to monitor) to see what the person has had and allow them to update fluids offered earlier (as currently we sometimes lose the earlier fluid tile so it can't be updated).
