Feedback from our managers are that the notification bar that there has been an incident or accident is not bold enough, they would like this to be much bigger so when they log in, its very clear they need to action an incident report.
Some of our residents require an ultralow bed and crash mat, it would be good to have an icon in place for the staff to document that the bed is at the lowest position and the crash mat it in place.

Prevent the review comments section from being copied
You should not be able to copy and paste text from the review comment section. I have noticed this being done and is essentially copying another users entry and risks correct updates not being added.
Many of our residents kick their sensor mats under beds or away from them. There should be an option for 'refused' with the sensor mat so we can have a way to record this behaviour
