Can the Live Must score be the same as the Risk Assessments for the residents that are no longer weighted or cannot be weighed, and the Must score is achieved through MUAC?
could we please mark signed off accident/incident forms so that when you go through the list it is highlighted that are completed or not as you need to go through the whole list of and keep checking which forms had been signed off.

Not filtering the nightly checks chart by each staff. We have 2 staff who check on residents, and would like one chart generated per resident, not separated by each staff so I can see a clear sleeping chart for each resident.
