There is currently a cap on care plans to enter no more than 1025 characters. this is not enough and could do with expanding.

Please could we be able to personalise the parameters in NEWS for people with, for example COPD, who have a lower expected O2 saturation as the NEWS continues to come up due to scoring high but it is normal for them
