Have the auto fill blanks accessible on the current and initial assessment once completed. It is not clear that this must be clicked prior to completing the assessment.

If there is a short term plan and it is reviewed - by default the next review is in 1 month. This is too long . As it is a short term care plan , it should be defaulted to to the next day . For example antibiotics for a chest infection .
