Hello, we have a homely remedies supply, it would be good to be able to identify medication given from homely remedies compared to regular medication.

I would suggest to add on the complain form, or on the accident form...lesson learned following the incidents, accidents or complaints. This is requested by CQC and would be a good idea to have this info added on the same form.
