Use of Sliders

We’d like to know how we improve the care notes, if the sliders always appear at the end of the personalised care note.

It would be good and more beneficial if the sliders once clicked would incorporate within the body of the care note to help form and build sentences, and not like it currently does, where any sliders clicked are just popped automatically at the end of the care note.

So to use the sliders to reincorporate words within their care note and avoid putting them at the end of the entry.
