Current audiot tools show what documents have been done or updated but no audit tool allows for a checklist of all the different forms/assessments that need to be in place. An audit tool that assists with this would be useful.

The ability to void when completing monthly reviews
When completing an monthly update, alot can be going home this meaning you could be distracted however you are unable to void a previous entry and entrys may have other clients information in error. This would be good and could be included in voids.
