fortification icon

we have residents who are loosing weight however there is no icon that can be selected for fortification this only occurs if IDDSI levels are triggered which is not applicable for our residents. this means that staff have to type this into each person at every setting what has been used for fortification adding additional pressure / time / resources for the staff
