Customisable Forms

I keep seeing suggestions for "can we have an X section on a form?" "Can we have X type of Form?". How about the forms just become customisable instead. Clearly the forms available are not meeting the needs of the users/customers otherwise we wouldn't be asking for things to be added/changed. I wanted a Section 17 Leave style form and was told by Support that it not do-able. It is. Allow us to amend, change, add, or remove things from current forms that are not fit for purpose. We all used to do these types of forms on paper files. We should be able to do it on a computer system that we then use to provide evidence to service purchasers and families that we are doing what we say we are doing.
