not broken so don't fix it

the evacuation report i agree with others who have posted, it is not user friendly and not helpful to the emergency services anymore. And, care planning needed, theses changes make oversight much more difficult. The reason we love pcs as managers is the dot report, under process and care planning needed. now we cannot see what is outstanding easily and has made our jobs more difficult and this is time consuming.

Please change it back
