A button for 1:1 support. This can then be used to produce reports for service purchasers

Service purchasers pay additional funding for service users to receive 1:1 support. Its important that we are able to document how we are using those hours with our service users. If staff can click a 1:1 button, enter what happened and how long for a report could then easily be run of as evidence. This could be linked to activities, so add Singing activity and pair with 1:1, only one set of notes required but separate reports can be run. It would make it much easier to see if we're staying within the allocated hours too.
