Fortified Icon

There isn’t currently a dedicated fortified icon in the food & fluids section. What the system does support is:

• Food textures (e.g. soft, puréed, etc.)

• Drink thickness levels

• General diet / fluids / supplements (like Ensure) showing under nutrition icons

I think it would be a good idea so that when we are recording it can just be pressed
