When documenting fluids it already has a templates about what you offer however you should be able to manually put in what you offer to ensure the fluids are documented accurately

when you add squash (water and cordial) to the fluid chart we add as fruit juice as there is no squash icon... when you log back in to amend the amount of fluid taken it takes of the written detail and just updates back as Juice - not ideal for diabetics - thinking they are having lots of fruit juice
