alert to managers when an incident or accident has been documented

It would be beneficial for managers to receive an alert to incidents and accidents so that these can be addressed and signed off immediately

    If there's one area PCS is really weak compared to competitors, it is this one. For such an important factor as incidents, a notification emails should be alerting management whenever an incident or accident is submitted by staff. All other platforms I've used have it and PCS is far superior in most other areas.

    I was shocked this feature wasn't already available when I first started using this platform. PLEASE ACTION NOW!
