Post fall checks need more detail prompts (as listed in other "ideas") and require personalisation features i.e.,
When a resident has more than one fall in a short period of time the post fall checks duplicate. The system needs to recognise this and restart the checks rather than duplicate.
Some residents refuse these checks yet they are added without consent. Can the system not suggest these but require approval/personalisation?

Where 2 staff members record a fall the system creates duplicate post fall checks. The duplicates have to be manually deleted one by one. There needs to be a way to cancel the duplicates as a batch, or for the system not to create the duplicate in the first place.
Also, as post fall checks are created as diary events rather than planned care, they aren't removed when a resident is suspended - which means again that they have to be deleted one by one - and this can only be done from Monitor.
Can post falls checks be automatically removed when a resident is suspended?
It is very time consuming to do this all manually
