Miscellanous Icons - for customisation

We currently have "NOBI lights" in place for some Residents who are high risk of falls. It would be beneficial for us to have an icon that we can track notes related to this - I have already customised another icon for this however I can only customise so much, I would like to add sliders etc to the icon. So my idea is that we have say 3 miscellaneous icons that we can customised to exactly what we want/need.
