'Next of Kin Informed' section on Wound Assessment.

My question is whether the wound assessment could have a box/section where it says ‘NOK informed’ and then ‘Notes’ so you can include a note of the conversation - similar to the falls, accidents/incidents and that would prompt the staff doing the wound assessment to inform the family member and prompt the staff reviewing the area to ensure family have already been informed. Plus it's a quick and effective way of seeing that has been completed by just looking at that individual wound. Especially if a resident has numerous wounds, sometimes it could be confusing of what the NOK may know about and what they don't.
