Having this on the handheld device apps would be much easier in monitoring behaviours as presently cares are flagging triggers and outbursts as incidents which doesn't look goon on analysis when it is just a trigger that can be short lived.
I feel staff would benefit when putting in information of the emotional support tiles on handset if an ABC chart could be generated such as an incident/accident or HO, so this could enable staff to fill them out at the time and not have to go back to monitor to do this to aid with finding trigger and coping strategy in stress and distress situations.
