Behavioural ABC form - Prompt to left side of desktop for complete / sign off

The system automatically considers a ABC behavioural form to complete. There is no prompts or trigger to the left side of the desktop (Orange background). You have to go into charts, ABC to view and complete.

I would like it to flag on the desktop as a Accident / incident would.
