To avoid recording errors, for 2 handed tasks such as hoisting, could there be an option for he 2nd staff member to "witness" the care note with their credentials rather than cerate a second care note. We have seen that the recording error is pinned even though 2 staff have recorded, but there seems to be a time limit on linking the care notes.

hello, if the time limit between is the issue you can change that in your organisation details, its set as standard to 30 minuets.
I have been saying the same thing. If 2 staff are assisting, I agree one staff should record and name the other staff member who has to accept this care note or as you say, witness sign it.
