Repositioning and pad changes

The system has the option to reset to every 4 hours but will not actually be sensitive to only flag after 4 hours of the previous recorded repositioning.

If we chose reset to every 4 hours, the system should automatically flag 4 hours after the last recorded repositioning. Same for pad changes.
