Activity Tile

Please can you urgently allow us the ability to add new tiles or change tiles in activities.

The current tiles do not benefit all homes and CQC need to see each activity that we are doing. We can not simply log activities in Other when a tile is not there. This is not efficient.

PLEASE urgently review this. There have been numerous previous requests about this.
