It would be beneficial adding photos into residents care plans. This could be of all sorts of things - layout of room, family members, personal belongings such as glasses (so if they go missing we know what they look like). It would be nice to break up the care plans with pictures so they're not just one big block of writing.
You can already add photo's to daily care plan needs by copying and pasting - not sure if this helps!
Also feel this would help to add moving and handling equipment if the resident uses any, as well as photos of how to re-position the resident. Feel it would be best to see a picture, instead of just describing how it should be done.
