As Admin it would be great to be able to create and run our own reports and export it to Excel with regards to Resident Names, Room Nos, DoB, NOK details, etc, etc. I find it very frustrating that all the information is on PCS but we cannot export it and therefore have to keep Excel spreadsheets which have to be updated. It seems that everyone wants something slightly different, so if we could access and write our own reports, it would be a far more beneficial tool.
