Add 'Rota Stand as an ad hoc lifting action

Hi, at the moment, in the 'Mobility' section of the APP there are various options to select, including 'standing hoist' and 'Hoist 2 people'. (which requires a 2 carer sign off).

Please can an extra tile be added in , titled 'Rota-Stand' , and can this too be set to require a 2 person sign off.

This would allow us to accurately record this peice of equipment when being used.
