Texture descriptors on assessment forms for people receiving end of life care

PCS could implemented texture descriptors for people who are receiving end of life care to include "Risk Feeding" and "Comfort Feeding" as with comfort feeding the texture of diet and fluids can change from day to day as the texture is adjusted to a comfortable level.

At the moment the fluid descriptors are limited to level 0 to level 4 and food descriptors are limited to Regular (level 7)Soft & Bite Sized (Level 6)Minced and Moist (Level 5)Pureed (Level 4)Liquidised (Level 3)Easy to chew (Level 7).
