Click and hold enables a planned care to be moved from set

We used to be able to click and hold a tile if we wanted to move in from some planned cares for example a wash and toileting was done but mouth care later....our devices have stopped doing that now and I've been told that was never a planned feature but we did use this a lot and wondered if it could be implemented?
